Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Other Ingredients: Calcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose. Contains <2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
